Founded in 1998 by Greg Hughes, in the raw has since grown from a 125-seat restaurant in the Brookside area of Tulsa to five successful stores throughout Oklahoma. Our goal has always been to provide the freshest Asian cuisine available, combining traditional and nouveau sushi (made from fresh fish that is flown in daily) with a full menu of cooked cuisine. Since 2001, we have won numerous awards for our cuisine in Tulsa, and were even voted the Best Overall Restaurant by Urban Tulsa magazine.
