FRANCHISE

Class 1
To become a Simple Simon's Pizza Franchisee you must have the following:

• Food service experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to locate and acquire rights to restaurant sites that meet the Company's criteria.
• Ability to properly finance and capitalize the investment.
• Commitment to market the product in order to maximize sales and profit.

Franchise Class I – Full Service, Delivery and/or Take-out. Whether you build a new building or find and secure facilities that can be converted, we will assist you in maximizing your investment.

As a franchise owner, you will be responsible to pay the Company for the following:

• Initial Franchise fee $15,000
• Royalty fee of 3% of gross sales
• Brand Development fee of 1% of gross sales

Class 2
To become a Simple Simon's Pizza Franchisee you must have the following:

• Ability to manage and motivate people. Food services experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to locate and acquire rights to restaurant sites that meet the Company's criteria.
• Ability to locate and acquire rights to restaurant sites that meet the Company's criteria.
• Commitment to market the product in order to maximize sales and profits.

A Class II Co-Brand is a Simple Simon’s Pizza located with another food concept or complimentary business with dine-in or carry-out venues available. A Class II concept requires a minimum of 150 square feet.

As a Co-Brand franchise owner, you will be responsible to pay the Company for the following:

• Initial Franchise fee $5,000
• Royalty fee of 5% of gross sales
• Brand Development fee of 1% of gross sales

Class 3
To become a Simple Simon's Pizza Franchisee you must have the following:

• Ability to manage and motivate people. Food service experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to locate and acquire rights to restaurant sites that meet the Company's criteria.
• Ability to properly finance and capitalize the investment.
• Commitment to market the product in order to maximize sales and profits.

A Class III License is a Simple Simon’s Pizza located within a non-traditional venue like a convenience store, grocery store, video store, etc. Depending on their capability, these units may provide both limited dine-in and carry-out services. A Class III concept will require a minimum of 150 square feet.

As a Class III franchise owner, you will be responsible to pay the Company for the following:

• Initial Franchise fee $1,000
• Royalty fee of 10% of gross sales
• Brand Development fee of 1% of gross sales

Some assistance you would receive is as follows:

• Site Review and Approval:
  Experienced company personnel to assist in support of the site selection process to help maximize your operation based on market, cost and functionality.
• Building Plans and Equipment Specifiations:
  The Company will provide samples of building plans, other floor plan models and approved specifications. You will hire your own contractors and architects to build or remodel your location according to approved company specifications and standards. We will also assist you in your equipment needs that will fit your type of operation.
• Training:
  The best training that operators can receive is hands-on. Our hands-on training will teach you proper product preparation, cash and inventory control, maintenance, personnel hiring and development, and marketing techniques from our trained staff.
• Opening Assistance:
  A team will assist in the initial training of your employees to help you feel confident when transitioning to your complete operational responsibility.
• Operation Manuals and Training Video:
  You will receive a variety of manuals and DVD’s to assist you as a reference in operations, product prep, advertising and much more.
• Purchasing :
  We are serviced by national food distributors that provide frequent deliveries to our locations. At low national contract pricing, our system’s buying power enables you to keep your cost of goods at a very competitive and profitable level.
• Field Service:
  On a periodic routine, an operations specialist will visit your store. The visit is to ensure that operational standards are being met and profitability is maximized. Your success is important to us.
• Marketing:
  Simple Simon’s Pizza will assist you in developing strategies to increase customer count, business and profits. A great emphasis is put on local store marketing. We will work with you to develop material that will establish your Simple Simon's Pizza location
